With Endpoint disabled, the above following didn't make any difference. MB still stopped in the full scan.

I use endpoint since the university of iowa has a site lic for the entire campus and includes all staff & students to use on their own computers for n/c. But mwb justs stops when it gets into the symantec folders. Disabling endpoint doesn't help either.

It crashes everytime it gets to this point in the scan. The ver of Endpoint I'm running is 11.0.2000.1567
