All of my shortcuts have disappeared and the owner part, along with many other such as downloads, of my control panel have been empty since a trojan called "install_flash_player.exe" has been popping up. I ran Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and this took away 10 or so trojans and it said it needed to restart the computer to finish removing them. I rejected it because I wanted to scan my computer again, just to be safe. My shortcuts and control panel are still empty. Only my start key has stuff in it. Please let me know if i should restart my computer, if my computer is safe, how I should fix it, and how i can get my folders and shortcuts back. PS: I did get pop ups saying my hard drive was in danger and that i needed to restart my computer but i disregared them. PPS: The pop ups for the trojans and the hard drive in danger have stopped appearing.
