I have a licensed version of kaspersky which i took it a 80 days ago.I have formatted my system two days back and reinstalled newer version of kaspersky i.e. 2011 version. Here i got a problem my security alerts are showing me that your computer doesn't have any anti-virus installed and firewall is disabled.Where as kaspersky settings says that firewall has been enabled. Can anyone say what happened to my computer i) Run commands are not opening 2) Directx is not installing
