Thank you, Thank you. Step 1 did not fix it. Step 2 the zip file was not there. Step 3 used my .dll and registered I have done this many times before and it never work. you had 3 more .dll's than I had previous done. I don't which worked or both the .dlls and deleting the all the files. I had 39 updates. Thanks again.

The error returned is: The specified service has been marked for deletion. (-2147023824)" ran malware found a few, but still can't update. The BITS will not start error "2147024891"
