Hello I am not sure what is wrong with my computer ... I thought it had some kind of virus but repeated scans using mcafee or spywaredoctor hasnt yielded anything useful ...its a fairly new computer and runs Visa ... processed that used to take few seconds now take more than 15 mins to execute - like opening an internet explorer or even starting up the start menu .. I tried to download and install Malwarebytes from downloads.com but for some reason the program is not installing and giving me an error saying that License.txt is currently in use and cannot be accessed. Task manager shows no extra programs running and when I ignore the message it prompts back with another message for another file changes.rtf...
