quick edit: someone suggested running my computer in safe mode, and trying to run an antivirus program, but that did not work also. Instead, the vista antivirus 2011 scanner popped up and told me how i should buy it and whatnot. If there is any help to be had, its much appreciated.

Hello, I contracted this new virus recently and cleaned it (it seemed) from my computer with malware bytes and superanti-spyware, and my computer worked well for several days, however i went to a friends house and while i was gone my parents used the computer. I came back to find it closed but not shut down and that vista antivirus 2011 was back, and this time it will not allow any access to the internet, nor will it allow spybot s&d, malwarebytes, superantispyware or anything else to run. So, what do i do? Right now im having to use a friends comp. to type this even >< any help is very much appreciated! also, i looked on the directions for what to do, but seeing as i am unable to access the internet with that computer, i cannot download anything, run the malwarebytes program, or post the hijack this log. Also, the computer im having to use atm is a windows '95, so i cannot transfer anything via flashdrives/memory sicks
