Thank you for your response. However, we had to find a repair for this as customer wanted their computer back- We used a combination of repairs including combo-fix but this infection is one of the most serious we have ever seen. Was wondering if mbam is going to come up with an update to combat this infection. We have installed the professional version on several customers computers and stating that this is a good program-which we still believe. Please let me know as we are going to continue to promote mbam. Joan

I posted this to another forum-am new so sorry. We installed the full Malwarebytes (purchased) on a customer computer. They called today and got the vista anti-spyware infection. Malwarebytes was configured to run in the background. We have the computer and this scam runs in safe mode also. Does anyone have any ideas of how to get rid of this Thanks Joan

We have a customer that we suggested they should install the full malwarebytes which they did for two computers. They called this morning and computer is infected with Vista Anti-spyware 2011. We have the computer and even when we start in safe mode this malware still runs and cannot do anything. Has anyone seen this one Thanks
