everything I download and try to run says, can't run, infected by w32wormblaster. Help, please!

Downloaded malwarebytes, ran once, nothing came up, will not open to run since. Downloaded defogger, just says it's infected, won't open. I have a spyware protection window that comes up consistently warning or malware, it wants to scan, have me download to activate, etc. I see win32 worm blaster, backdoor.win32.scrab.p listed. Any help would be greatly apprciated. MacAfee shows no problems, with one full scan, it came up with one virus that was suppose to be quarrantined. thx.
