Thanks for the assistance screen317. I decided to perform a clean reinstall to completely remove any infection. You know how it is when you lose heart with your PC. But many thanks for the help.

If you mean right click the BAT file and select "run as administrator" I have tried that and received the same result.

thanks for getting back to me. I installed subinacl and it defaulted to "program files (x86)". It seemed to install but on completion I could not see "Windows Resource Kits\Tools" folders. If on installation i change the destination folder (ie/ to c:\me\) it works I amended the bat file to access the c:\me\ folder but when run i get lots of RegSetKeySecurity error : 5 Access is denied messages for all the registry change entries

Hi, Please help I am currently running Win7 home premium sp1 64bit I must be infected as I cannot get online with iexplorer. although i can with mozilla firefox. If i try to save files with firefox it looks like they download but the file is not where i download it too !!! I have installed malwarebytes but when i try to run it states "run-time error 372 failed to load control 'vbalgrid' from vbalgrid6.ocx. your version of vbalsgrid6.ocx may be outdated." I have used mbam clean to remove mbam. Re-downloaded the latest ver of mbam but still get the same message attached are my log files Please help !!! Extras.Txt OTL.Txt
