Tons of malware what should I do?

Hello, I downloaded and ran your program and come to find out have over 40,000 malware items, when I try to remove them I get an error message that says overlaod and then when I hit ok the program closes. What should I do?

Hello I purchsaed your product nd ran the scan, unfortunately I came up with over 40,000 items and when I go to remove them I get an error saying overload. Can you tell me waht I should do?
