Hi thank you for your quick response, First problem, do not have access to email to retrive MW Lic# so cannot load MW again. Second all my icons are Adobe and will not let me into anything, ie: add/remove. word. it just tells me ,windows cannot open this file. file:rundll32.exe. that comes up when I try to download any anti viris or try anything

Hi, I bought a downloaded MW but my pc crashed, so when I got it back MW is no longer on there, so I want to download again but not have to pay again. so how can I get my MW back ? because I still have trouble with my PC
