Malwarebytes 'Not responding'

Fractured posted a topic in Malwarebytes for Windows Support Forum

I believe that I may have a Trojan on my computer and have been trying to run a full scan however after 15-20 mins Malwarebytes freezes and when I attempt to pause the scan or simply click on the window the 'Not responding' message appears. This has now happened three times. Any suggestions?
