Can't download Malwarebytes

rowdyaz posted a topic in General Windows PC Help

I tried several times to download the program, Malwarebytes, and it won't. I tried several sites. I can't start msconfig either. I just fixed a problem with no icons or start menu, but everytime I reboot I have to fix it again.
