"Full Scan" virus

I've tried to remove it in safe mode, safe mode with a fresh current install of malware bytes, and safe mode with a fresh current install of spybot S&D. None of them worked. -
I have a user here at work that has a virus called: "Full Scan". I have updated MalWarebytes to current version, and it is not picking up this software. As you can imagine searching google for "FULL SCAN Virus removal" doesn't yield the results I am looking for. Has anyone had any experience with this malware?
