    my bosses laptop is infected with Antivirus 2010 I can't run Hijackthis or Malwarebytes, even in safe mode, trying it after doing a new installation of Malwarebytes, it ran for a second, then quit, and now it tells me it can't find the file, or I don't have permission. The file it there, but instead of looking like the right icon for the mbam.exe file, the icon is a white generic icon. HELP!
