Went through all the steps to take care of re-direct problem. Ran Malwarebytes(couldnt get it to work originally), Avira, Defogger, dds, gmer rootkit. It was determined that I needed PragmaFix. Finally got it to run along with Norton, then Malwarebytes and this seemingly took care of problem until next reboot. Started having trouble getting a network connection. Would reboot until getting a network connection. Then ran anti-virus programs again, catching a few viruses. Rebooted again, scrubbed again with no viruses appearing since. Problem is, still having trouble getting a network connection about every other time I reboot. I've run rkill at startup a couple of times. Here are logs: This log file is located at C:\rkill.log. Norton finally went active and picked something up. That allowed me to run Malwarebytes and get it to work. Now all is well. thanks for your help.

Well, now today, I've got bigger problems. Tried Pragmafix off of a thumbdrive, still wouldnt work. Now realkill or malwarebytes wont start. I get a popup message saying computer infected, blah blah blah.

Disabled anti-virus. Still not working. I've also run Defogger and disabled the CD Emulation drivers would that cause it?

deltalima, thanks for helping. I get no desktop icon when I save the program. I tried to run pragmafix from the download window. Nothing starts. I see a black window appear with some sort of message in it when I attempt to run it, but it flashes so quick I cannot read it.

I am getting a Firefox browser redirect and spyware popups informing me my Windows security is bad(or some such message. I killed it with rkill so I dont remember details). I'm also getting a Just-In-Time Debugging popup. Asks me to select a debugger.

I can run Malwarebytes, but when the scanning ends and I click 'ok', Malwarebytes ends and shuts off. I do have the other logs though. Please help. DDS.txt ark.txt attach.txt
