I've got a virus on my computer and have tried to remove with this software but to no avail. It found quite a few and removed them all except one. Everytime I log on to my bank account it asks me for all of my private information like I was ordering online. Called bank and they said it must be a virus as they never ask that info. Any ideas? I would like to remove rather than formatting my "C" drivre and reinstalling software. Thanks. Dick
