I've been trying to clean something up since yesterday. Some file named "certstore.dat" won't remove. It is detected and allegedly removed by MBAM, but it's there again after restart/rescan. I think this file's presence may be causing a nuisance on my computer where svchost.exe crashes, and I get an error message that "host process for windows service has stopped working."
