I would appreciate help if someone could....About a year ago I got the windows security suite virus (When it first came out). Luckily,I managed to remove the virus before it could do any major damage. However, I could not completely kill the virus, which I found out I had not managed to do, because it blocked my taskmanager and command prompt. Just a few days ago I dowloaded spybot S&D to try and fix the problem. I ran a scan an fund out the virus was still redircting some of my hosts. Unfortunatley, when I tried to fix it, I got an Acess Denied Problem. So I went and looked for another way to kill it, and got some very good reviews from this anti-spyware/malware program. So i dowloaded the free version and ran a scan. It did find the virus, And I think killed it, and asked me to reboot my computer. I clicked yes, And my computer started rebooting. However, It keed repeating the reboot, over and over again And would not stop. I turned it off then and waited a day, but it still sin't working. I have tried everything, running diagnostics checks, starting in safemode, but nothing seems to help. Could someone please tell me a way to fix this? And if not, should it be a good idea for me to completley reinstall windows??? Or is there someway to acesss windows again and not lose all of my information? Thanks if you have any information!
