  2. recently i used Malwarebytes on a my computer and it came up with several hundred infections. most infections were classified as Malware.Trace. However, most of the Malware.Trace items were the "Start" links in the programs/menu. after i clicked the remove icon, and there was a warning for me to insert the CD for installing my system. then, i inserted my CD and clicked the restart icon and my PC reboot. but i find that all my startmenu files gone. so i wanna restore them from quarantine tab, but it crashes every time as the picture crash.jpg i unload shows. but before scanning this won't happen. so i move out all the files from C:\Documents and Settings\SAMSUNG\Application Data\Malwarebytes\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware\Quarantine to check. after i move them out, clicking the quarantine tab return normal. then, i moved all the files back, and it crash again and i googled and found a test here http://forums.malwarebytes.org/index.php?showtopic=49156, and i've followed all the steps there, but the problem remains. could you help me to restore my start menu files? there was a warning when mbam found its first malware. the error is MBAM_ERROR_ADD_TO_RESULTS (0, 6) some translation for the log i unload 开始」菜单 = Start Menu 程序 = Programs 管理工具 = Management Tools 启动 = Startup thank you mbam_log_2010_05_10__10_52_46_.rar quarantine_files.rar
