This is my first post so please bear with me. On a daily basis and more than once a day Anti-Malware traps dlllhost.exe (three L's) and offers to let me quarantine it. This i do - when i check the log this is what i see: 16:22:55 (null) MESSAGE Protection started successfully 16:23:07 Gordon MESSAGE IP Protection started successfully 16:27:42 Gordon DETECTION C:\WINDOWS\system32\dlllhost.exe Backdoor.Agent QUARANTINE 16:27:43 Gordon ERROR Quarantine failed: UtilityReadFile failed with error code 2. It seems to me that Anti-Malware stops this exe from being created and when it trys to find it to quarantine - its not there. Dispite several passes with Mcafee and Anti-Malware nothing is found that would cause dlllhost.exe to be created. Help! this is really getting annoying.
