  1. Is there a listing somewhere online that shows what site an IP address is connected to? Just having the numbers doesn't tell me much, lol.
  2. Hi, I have the ignore feature working now. It took a complete shut down of my PC, then booting it. Restart didn't do it. So it just needed to be reset. I don't know why this happened, but things are fine now. I see now that the ignore list works for websites and not for specific programs. When an address is blocked as potentially harmful, is there somewhere that I can look at to see what the numeric address is connected to? That way I can determine whether I want it blocked or not. Thank you.
  3. That isn't it in my case. I have only one account and it is set as administrator. Any other thoughts?
  4. Good Morning, I was going to add a program to the ignore list for the Guard, and I found it greyed out so that I can't use it in the config menu. It is also greyed when I right click the running program icon. It was fine when I added something a few days ago. Any ideas? Thanks.
  5. I third or fourth the request for an exclusion list, with the ability to send it in an email to you for formal review. I cannot not access a photography tutorial from a website that I have been using for six months. I am going to have to turn the blocking off, and then remember to turn it back on. In the meantime, if there really is something on my pc that wants to send me to a malicious website, I am in trouble. Thank you
