Okay, I hope I'm doing this correctly. All three files appear to be very large so I will attempt to attach them. CheckResults.txt Addition.txt FRST.txt

I have run Malwarebytes several times and it will never pick up the pop up that I receive over and over named FLV player. There were also 2 others that the software never picked up on. I've used Malwarebytes for several years (Free) and it normally catches everything. I had been so pleased with the previous version that I had been comtemplating buying the Pro version. But Version 2 doesn't run near as long and has not picked even one item. In searching the Internet even other sites recommended Malwarebytes. Any ideas?
