  3. The issue with running the game with elevated permissions fixed itself when uninstalling and then reinstalling the game.. it was the shaders... the [Bleep]ing shaders.
  4. None of my other games require elevation in order to play, he only thing I did recently was Verify Game Files for the CoDHQ
