Pc is running fine, I tried again to do a malwarebytes scan but it still won't progress, left it there for 10 hours while I went to sleep and it got stuck on memory scans, again at 1000~ Files.

ESET took a long time to scan but did detect 3 threats, although after failing to finish a scan 2 times. Otherwise there's nothing remarkable. FRST.txt Addition.txt ESETLog.txt

I've trying to run 5 or so scans all of wich stop progressing at some point, some get to analyze up to 11k files and others just 500 or less. Tried restarting malwarebytes, restarting my PC, restarting on safe mode both with and without internet access and I don't know what to do know, if I should just wait longer than 4 or so hours as I've already tried or I have so fix something. I do know I have a malware since it is blocking multiple connections to harmful sites, being keyloggers or whatever.
