I guess I have the same issue. The email address on my subscription is no longer valid so I can’t use it to sign into my account in order to update the email address. I’ve tried everything I can think of on the website including the Bot but I keep getting pushed to a place that asks me to sign in using my email so a verification code can be sent. I can’t receive a code at that invalid email address. I’m stumped and very frustrated.
