I've been encountering an issue where a suspicious link,

keeps popping up in my Chrome browser. However, I'm unsure which Chrome extension is responsible for this behavior. This is the full URL when it loads completely:
www.publisher.linkvertise.com/adfly-hard-migrator/url
I've checked my installed extensions, but none of them seem obviously suspicious. I would appreciate any insights on how I can identify which extension is causing this pop-up and how to prevent it from happening again.
