Decided to clean install windows and the problem is fixed, thanks for your time.

It was in a zip folder on a gaming forum. I deleted it entirely and the post on the forum has been removed so no I don't have it.

Am I stupid and this is a false positive? Ran kaspersky again and it keeps detecting the same thing, says its cured and then scans again, detects the same thing again and says its cured again. Uploaded the file to virustotal and it doesn't detect anything.

Hi I opened what i thought was a .txt file but was actually an .exe. I am getting notifications every 30 seconds, I run a scan, quarantine and then when I reboot its back again. I've added the IP to my firewall blocklist, inbound and outbound. I've ran multiple antivirus software, and nothing. I've included a screenshot of the history and every anti virus that I have used. Please help.
