I turn off Malwarebytes protection and try again And no issues sending, so I know it's Malwarebytes blocking it just not sure how to allow this on the Allows list! and know what I'm doing is not a real solution to this issue thanks!

Just wondering how I allow this to the Blocked list. This is what messages I'm getting. Onenote cannot send the item because the destination section in one of your open notebooks. You can specify a different section in Onenote option, send to onenote category. Malwarebytes Exploit blocked Real-Time protection detection and blocked an exploit attempt.
