  1. My ticket was re-opened and I received help from Russ. My Malwarebytes is now working and all good to go!! Thank you both very much for helping me get this fixed!!! I appreciate it!! Take care!

Hmm, so after reading this I tried to see if there was an account created with the original email like you suggested but when I hit the "Forgot Password" option it said there was no account with that email. Then I made one with the original email and tried to activate the key but it's still not working.
  3. I bought it from Cleverbridge's/Malwarebytes website at the time. I have the original email and receipt they sent me back in 2010 from the email cs@cleverbridge.com My ticket number was 4614055.

  5. Hi, I have a key from 2010 that was working on an older version of Malwarebytes but now that I've updated to the last version it's not working. I created an account to link my License ID+ Key with but it says failure to register key. If I download an older version and put in my ID + Key it works still...so I'm not sure what's wrong. I have tried to make a support ticket but every time I do it just gets closed because my email isn't in the system. How do I get in contact with someone to help me resolve this issue? Thanks for any help anyone can provide!
