Hi, I'm a little confused by the feature to "Open a Case" on an alert.
I opened a case on one of my alerts as it is a breach I'm unsure what to do, and no longer have access to the email associated.
The case was opened a few weeks ago and nothing has happened with it. What ought to happen?
The only further option is to "Close Case"... There's no further actions or comments or anything.
I'm quite confused by this feature, and what to do when/if I ever do find a very concerning breach. I'm wondering if being in New Zealand limits me on some features (e.g. Credit check).
Please advise! :)
