  1. Update - going to identity select via this new tab times out: But i've just got in fine via the old way I used to go into it: Still unsure what it means by Malwarebytes Select not activated though?
  2. Hi, My plan renewed in June, and I hadn't checked identity protect for a while now. I was previously accessing this service just fine. Anyway, I went in to and noticed the layout of everything has changed. It also says my "Malwarebytes Select" (whatever that means - I don't think it was called that before) is not activated.. But I was all fine and activated prior to renewal / whatever changes have occurred. I see no option anywhere to activate what I need to activate. Anyway, I go and check Idenitity Select and all I get is a page that hangs loading and ends up with a cloud flare error How can I resolve this and what has changed since I was last on fine?
  3. Hi, I'm a little confused by the feature to "Open a Case" on an alert. I opened a case on one of my alerts as it is a breach I'm unsure what to do, and no longer have access to the email associated. The case was opened a few weeks ago and nothing has happened with it. What ought to happen? The only further option is to "Close Case"... There's no further actions or comments or anything. I'm quite confused by this feature, and what to do when/if I ever do find a very concerning breach. I'm wondering if being in New Zealand limits me on some features (e.g. Credit check). Please advise! :)
  4. Hi, I've been accessing my Identity Protect dashboard/alerts just fine for the past week or so since signing up. However, it appears Firefox now refuses to load the site after a recent browser update today. It comes up with the following error: Secure Connection Failed An error occurred during a connection to malwarebytes.valueyouridentity.com. Cannot communicate securely with peer: no common encryption algorithm(s). Error code: SSL_ERROR_NO_CYPHER_OVERLAP The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified. Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem. Please assist. 🙂
