i reinstalled windows 11 on my laptop and i saw in my app data roaming folder an adobe folder with flash player inside of it both the folders were empty and i was wondering if this was anything to worry about considering flash has been discontinued for a couple of years now

i've scanned my system with kaspersky sophos hitman pro and malwarebytes and all came back clean there is a possibility that there is malware that is just avoiding all of these?

i got it from bleepingcomputer but the post was written a while ago so it may be outdated i have tried the scans you have suggested about a week ago and they came back clean but i still suspect their is a rat on my device i have a usb installation of windows 11 iso about a month ago that should be clean can i reinstall windows from it flash bios and format drive would that be good enough to make sure that my computer is rat free

the version of the anti root kit was v 1.10.3.1001

i used malwarebytes anti rootkit to scan my computer and it said i had a virus trojanfakems.ed and it made me create a system restore point and restart my computer when i did i scanned again and it said my setup was clean but it said infected file c:\windows\system32\atl.dll could not be remediated because backup file is not available

how likely is it that virus can avoid malwarebyte and other av detection

i have had usbdeview for a month on my laptop and there were about 20 logs or so but when i checked today over half of them were deleted could this be due to someone tampering with logs or does windows purge logs from time to time? i also have usbdrive installed and none of my usbdrive logs were modified

i have a program on my laptop called usbdeview that tracks all usb devices that was plugged into my laptop about a week ago i noticed that some of these logs were deleted randomly could this be due to someone plugging in a usb virus that deleted the logs
