i reinstalled windows 11 on my laptop and i saw in my app data roaming folder an adobe folder with flash player inside of it both the folders were empty and i was wondering if this was anything to worry about considering flash has been discontinued for a couple of years now

also i am using a hotspot for internet with ethernet connection if my computer is infected is it possible that the hotspot is infected as well? -

this is good enough? clean install of windows from usb that formats all drives and flash bios that is good enough to get rid of any potential viruses? -

i've scanned my system with kaspersky sophos hitman pro and malwarebytes and all came back clean there is a possibility that there is malware that is just avoiding all of these? -

i got it from bleepingcomputer but the post was written a while ago so it may be outdated i have tried the scans you have suggested about a week ago and they came back clean but i still suspect their is a rat on my device i have a usb installation of windows 11 iso about a month ago that should be clean can i reinstall windows from it flash bios and format drive would that be good enough to make sure that my computer is rat free -

the version of the anti root kit was v 1.10.3.1001 -
i used malwarebytes anti rootkit to scan my computer and it said i had a virus trojanfakems.ed and it made me create a system restore point and restart my computer when i did i scanned again and it said my setup was clean but it said infected file c:\windows\system32\atl.dll could not be remediated because backup file is not available

i have had usbdeview for a month on my laptop and there were about 20 logs or so but when i checked today over half of them were deleted could this be due to someone tampering with logs or does windows purge logs from time to time? i also have usbdrive installed and none of my usbdrive logs were modified
