  1. Thank you a lot! Prior to running fixlist, I guess file extension needs to be renamed from txt to ps1 ? I created restore point earlier to test it out. When I run the restore, it could not finish complaining that it could not access the file because possible antivirus software is running. I have only Malwarebytes and Microsoft defender. Microsoft defender looks like already disabled because of Malwarebytes presence. I specifically disabled all protections on Malwarebytes before running Restore and still I got this was not able to restore. I have to fix it before running your script. If you know what it can be, please inform. Otherwise I will try to research. Vad
  2. Hello, Thank you very much for helping out! Just now i got the time to send you the scans. I earlier disabled bunch of startup program on my machine but I do not think they contributed to the issue. Let me know if you see anything suspicious. As a side note I tried to use Lavasoft Adaware to clean up, but removed it later manually. Thet Program was not what I expected.   5. Hello, I have a lifetime subscription, Malwarebytes Standard, Premium Security and it is associated to my email. I can login and see the subscription. However, When I try to create a ticket, I get an email that says "Unable to locate a subscription with the email provided" and my ticket get closed automatically. Could it be that I choose the wrong product name at the time of ticket creation or it is something else? Malwarebytes Premium is not an option in there. I can't find a way to contact Malwarebytes support by any other way to resolve this. I have Malwarebytes Premium 4.6.12 installed on my Windows Desktop Thank you, Vad
