Hello, I have a lifetime subscription, Malwarebytes Standard, Premium Security and it is associated to my email. I can login and see the subscription. However, When I try to create a ticket, I get an email that says "Unable to locate a subscription with the email provided" and my ticket get closed automatically. Could it be that I choose the wrong product name at the time of ticket creation or it is something else? Malwarebytes Premium is not an option in there. I can't find a way to contact Malwarebytes support by any other way to resolve this.
I have Malwarebytes Premium 4.6.12 installed on my Windows Desktop
