I have a couple of problems with Malwarebytes. I have 3 computers running Malwarebytes. They all started as the Malwarebytes PRO version (no expiration date). One has been updated to 4.6.12 premium, but the other two are still at version 1.70.0.1100. For the past month, those two have not been able to be updated. When I open Malwarebytes, it would say it hasn't been updated in XX days (33 days now), but when I try updating, it said I had the latest updates. Today when I attempt to update, it just gives this error message: PROGRAM_ERROR_UPDATING (0,0, Host not found). I tried to log into my account and it no longer recognizes my email address. When I tried to sign up on the forum here, it told me "not allowed to use that email address on this site" It's an old Road Runner address that I have been using for probably 20 years XXXX@NC.RR.COM. I had to get a new email address to join the forum.
So, can someone help me to:
1. Get access to my account since I can no longer log in with my old email address
2. Figure how I can get Malwarebytes working again on the two PCs that are still are still at 1.70.0.1100 and are no longer working. Since the update doesn't work, I can't get it to update to the 4.6.12 that my other PC updated to, and while I can see the ID number on the 1.70.0.110 version, the key display is X's instead of the actual number, which is why I tried to log into my account and discovered that it no longer liked my email address.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
