  1. I decided to nuke chrome, because my head had a hard time with the Windows instructions. Looks like its fixed now, but it looks like I have to start from square one with the browser (RIP). Thank you both, Porthos and Thomas, for your help. It is greatly appreciated! :))))
  2. Yes, extensions are disabled and settings are reset. How would I "nuke" Chrome? I can delete the application, but I'm not sure if there are other files in the macbook that I would need to delete.
  3. The Safari browser seems to be fine; it just looks like Chrome. I initially synced my Chrome browser through the Windows computer, removed the suspicious extensions, and turned off all the extensions I still have.
  4. I went through the process of clearing both synced data. Windows found 30 other issues. I went to do a Macbook again with the same setup with a restart and still did not find any issues.
  5. I went to clear the sync data and scanned it, and nothing came up. I restarted my computer and scanned again, and still, nothing came up from Malwarebytes.
  6. I had logged into another computer with my google account and seemed to originally had the search engine hijacked. I was able to fix it with Malwarebytes, but now my Macbook has the same issue, and when scanned, it found no issues. It is still redirecting me to sites like Bing, Yahoo!, and Ask. If anyone can help, it would be greatly appreciated.
