I have contacted Support and they have resolved the issue. They were very helpful.

I installed the new version of the software, I tried to activate by entering my user name and password along with my KEY and Id number I used all capital letters and dashes as well it says to contact support as it would not activate

I don't understand how to open the application I go to the symbol on my task bar and i don't see where i can activate the subscription again am I doing the wrong thing to open the application? I

When I try to update it says I have the latest version v2024.03.13.12 please give me simple instruction to fix this I have a lifetime license for the program. I am using windows 10.

I am having the exact same problem as the original poster I can't Update. I need a step-by-step solution that I can follow.
