I have just tried to run a scan, using my free version. Iy said I had have a missing .dll and had to install the whole new program. I did this, now all windows/panels have the bottom part missing, off screen, so I cannot progress to the next screen. It is driving me cray and have become unworkable. I have uninstalled and reinstalled twice to no good effect. I am about to abandon the whole darn thing. It has work excellently for years but this is pathetic! HELP SOON
