  1. Porthos and all whom reply to this topic. I have complied with your instruction. Please note that after 3-4 consecutive BSOD I removed v8.4.2 desktop shortcut; reverting to 8.4.1 then followed through with instructions. I use a Desktop shortcut for adwcleaner versions. Hopefully, the BSOD were captured in the support file scan mbst-grab-results.zip
  2. I am a long term user of adwcleaner. On previous versions of adware cleaner a BSOD frequently occurred. A fix was posted "you basically just have to go to settings, scroll down to cleaning options and then uncheck "terminate all processes before cleaning" it's literally that simple. For the current version 8.4.2 the BSOD occurs before I am able to enter Settings to see if the culprit is there (as listed fix above). I am running Windows 10 64bit. Thank you for your support
