  1. Hi there not sure how I fixed it but I did multiple things I change my internet from private to public by clicking properties I also allowed an app through Windows Firewall And also changed my hosts file to default settings in C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc I honestly don't know what fixed it but it works now. Thanks.
  2. Hello, I also tried running it through command prompt. It seems to be stuck at 15% for database and modules
  3. Hello the symptoms still remain. To clarify it seems to hang at the loading modules but then seems to resets itself and goes back to scan now I attached a video of the issue. As you can see in the video it keeps resetting and unable to scan. I have downloaded the latest version of AdwCleaner 8.4.2.0 To let you know I did used to have Avast but switched to Kaspersky recently, I used the Avast cleaner to hopefully get rid of remnants . Also I looked at the support help for Malwarebytes. I am a little confused about the firewall port method Web address Port number Network traffic direction https://adwcleaner.malwarebytes.com 443 outbound https://telemetry-02.adwc.fr33tux.org 443 outbound https://telemetry.malwarebytes.com 443 outbound Where do I put the websites address into?   6. Hello I have tried to run ADWCleaner on a Lenovo ThinkPAD P50 Windows 10 and it seems to be stuck on loading modules. I have a same computer and it ran, but unable to run on this one. I tried running in safe mode as well and still won't scan and stuck on loading modules. Can someone assist? Thanks. I also use KASPERSKY which is not compatible with Malwarebytes I also tried turning of firewall and virus scanner as well.
