Recent problem. Selecting Windows Security in Control panel just shows a black screen. Firewall is non functional as well. I tried restarting windows security service (stays disabled), editing the registry and other tips from windows forums. Nothing works. Am I infected with something? Malwarebytes Premium 4.6.9 doesn't detect anything. I run on a LAN wire to a password protected router. WIndows 11 version 23H2. Thanks.
