Ok, I still have a copy of the original email as an attachment. What should I do with it?

I didn't know that keeping the email would have provided actionable info. The way that I read the instructions to submit something like this gave me the impression that I could and should delete the original after posting it here. The reply to text in the email copy is the same as what the OMawebyts lettering showed when clicking on the bold letters at the top of the email.

I received this on Jan, 5, 2024 and thought malwarebytes should be informed I have deleted this email from my system. Thanks m2media
