Hey man, I went to run the ESET test and whoever had remote access to my pc kept closing it allowing for me to not be able to run it. I got scared and went for a factory rest but now reading about I've realized that it doesn't do any good. I have nothing to lose now so I'm just wondering what's the best way to go about making sure they're fully out of the pc once again appreciate your help so much !

So a couple days ago I was moding a game and accidentally installed a virus. I'm usually smarter than that but this time they got me. Malware bytes identified and removed the malware. Everything has seemed to be fine but when I opened my content manger I keep getting trojan, malware, and compromised notifications.
