I believe I need to restate my question since you didn't answer it. Is there a way to get Smart Scan to work as advertised? Or is it a case of bait and switch fraud?

So I guess that is a no? Maybe you guys should change the smart scan idle button to "Runs at midnight"

I have my scans set for daily during idle times. They run exclusively at midnight in the middle of my workday when I need the internet to run smoothly. Is there a way to let the MWB system know that not everyone is idle at midnight?
