Today I followed your instructions and upload the file here. I haven't tried to update since the reinstall. As well as I have not changed any settings in Malwarebytes. I reinstalled MB half an hour ago, so I can't help with a log. Whenever I have a fresh install, the update works, but not for long. When I clicked the Update button, after 10-15 seconds a window popped up with the message: "One or more items in the current update did not complete successfully. Please check your internet connection and try again." It does not change the date or time of the last update. Should I turn on the "Event log data" slider, and where should I look for the file afterwards to send it to you?

Unfortunately the problem with the update continues 🤔 Sometimes it works for a while, then if I don't use a VPN, it can't be updated. I am using the latest version currently 4.6.6.294, Component pack 1.0.2189 What to do next?

I did as you both told me. I tried after installation and restarting of the PC by clicking Update check only once. The update is working. Do I need to run Gather Logs again?

One computer with Windows 10, one with Windows 7 and one phone with Android. I have problems with Malwarebytes Mobile Security 5.2.0+37 also, but about them in another topic.
