I ran a "netstat," and found out that when I go to "http://91.203.99.45/" in my browser, i get to the "I am alive!" site. If that helps you in any way. Should I download a firewall (ie. comodo) and add this ip to the blocked-list?

Hi, when entering a wikipedia.org-site, instead i got a message that said "I'm alive!" And now im scared shitless that I've been hacked. Do you see anything dodgy here? Thanks in advance.
