  1. I will check all those instructions I got from you, but this morning after turning on my computer in the morning, I already had Malwarebytes installed on my computer. Which apparently happened spontaneously - because I got a notification in the place responsible for notifications in windows :o I managed to scan the system, but didn't check if there were any complications along the way ( in the sense of whether it took 20 seconds or 20 mins ) because I was out walking the dog. But will still follow the recommendations just in case. And at this point I can already thank you for solving, in part, the problem.
  2. I have just finished scanning the system and here are the resultsFRST.txtAddition.txt
  3. No error occurred during the creation of the restore point process. I am pasting the results of the entered commands in the appendix.
  4. This is the message that popped up after rebooting the computer and this during installation
  5. I've been getting notifications for a while now that I don't have system protection enabled, but in windows settings everything is ok. I wanted to install and scan the system with MALWAREBYTES but the installation is aborted at 70% and requires a reboot. After every reboot the computer is the same. I've looked through the threads on the forum and I suspect it's some leftovers from a previous version, which also causes windows to think for a few seconds that I don't have antivirus enabled. I've used the MALVAREBYTES REMOVAL TOOL and the CLEAN option but that doesn't help either. I still have problems installing the program. mbst-grab-results.zip
