  1. Hello, I have a user who is experiencing problems with the Endpoint Agent. We stopped using the Malwarebytes Endpoint Agent long ago, but this laptop was buried and now it has resurfaced. I am not able to fully uninstall the program and I can't download the full malwarebytes endpoint since I don't have a tocken. The problems started with the backup folder being larger than normal (actually around 100GB). I solved that with a recovery option I found, but now the user can't connect to the VPN. Seems like the endpoint agent is preventing the laptop to access the internet when connected to a VPN. I can't even kill the process through the task manager. How can we completely remove everything related with Malwarebytes from the laptop? I can't format the device since the user is currently in another country. I only have access to online support. Thanks in advance.
