Now, yes, the speed has returned to the average rate. But why was this happening? This is a big problem because many users can complain about your Internet service provider, as I did (including generating charges due to the network being standard), without being the problem, for it is something that the person only discovers if he does tests.

That’s exactly what I use. And even updating Malwarebytes has changed little. With Malwarebytes active: 136.56Mbps download Without Malwarebytes active: 947.45Mbps download That is, there is nothing more to evaluate; the problem is Malwarebytes that, when filtering causes excessive slowness on the Internet.

Okay, I’ve updated the apps. uTorrent is something I use and I’ve never had problems with it. I did not understand why I ran this KpRm, without knowing what it does, and my system no longer detects issues.

The problem was solved. Thank you very much. Could you tell me, briefly and directly, what was the problem? Just a detail that "did not like", but already solved. The script "zeroed" my drivers\etc\hosts that had some redirects I needed and should have been alerted that this would be affected. But as I said, no problem because I had a backup and everything is working again. Again, thank you for your attention and persistence in solving the problem.
