  1. Yes, sir. Just ran it again to be sure. It's definitely working now.
  2. Well. It randomly started working again... Here's the link for the dump though. I made it just in case. https://wetransfer.com/downloads/7699ff59e94a03efd5f1bfaa1ff6a49920181029232932/e4cba1a847e5ed58ba3e55192914526f20181029232932/e146cf Have a look and see if you can tell me what went wrong. The dump was created after a system shutdown by the way. Thanks.
  3. @dcollins Unable to visit the link. This is the message I get: "Secure Connection Failed The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading. The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified. Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem." Also, tried right clicking and choosing the "save link as" option. I get this: "The download cannot be saved because an unknown error occurred. Please try again."
  4. Well, this is odd. My Malwarebytes is not working. Tried 3 restarts. Tried uninstall/reinstall. Tried the repair utility as well. Upon restart, it shows up in the tray beside the clock. Double clicking it does not open it. In task manager, it does show up as working, and the more I double-click the system tray icon, the more instances pop up in Task Manager, and they hog the CPU processes. Then, I end the tasks right down to the instance running in the tray, and go to Start>Malwarebytes, and restart it. It doesn't even show up in the tray anymore, but task manager still shows that an instance of Malware Bytes has started. I know there aren't any malware problems on this machine as I don't visit bogus or untrusted websites, and even the last scan for Malware activity at 2:40 last night showed up as no infections. I've uploaded the logs after reading some other threads. Hopefully, these are okay. One's a CheckResults TXT from Check Mbam or something, and the other is the "Grab Logs" zipfile from the repair utility. P.S. Idk if it's a helpful bit of info, but I run a premium license. Thanks. <3. CheckResults.txt mbst-grab-results.zip
  5. While I do understand the frustration, I gotta say that what happened today isn't something that happens regularly, so some of you really need to calm down or move on to another software. stuff happens from time to time, get over it. It's not like this happens daily. I've lost plenty of work because Windows decides to update & restart on its own for "IMPORTANT" updates. If production was halted, you should have just done TASK MANAGER>MBAM RIGHT CLICK>END TASK. "Lawsuits", lulz.
  6. Hmmmm... I guess there must've been something going around today as my software went down the crapper too. Took a while, but it's alright now. I've been using MBAM since 2008, and there is NO other protection software that I'd give my money to (I uninstall all the other useless Norton & McAfee garbage from all my computers too). Sure, it tends to hit the ground here & there, but it's VERY rare that I actually have issues that last over a few hours. I think anyone that's wanting to "sue" MBAM should just move on to a different software, and see how much worse they get treated there. I, for one, will be sticking with MBAM (using paid version here btw).
  7. **UPDATE**. It decided to work. I uninstalled, and used the MB-Clean again, and it works now. Thanks anyway, guy. I'll bookmark your solution for the next time.
  8. So, this morning, my software crapped out. I'm guessing it happened around the same time as it went into (or woke up) from hibernation. Tried uninstalling, then reinstalling. No luck. At first, it was starting up and showing up in the tray, it's not even doing that anymore. The only place it shows up now is in Task Manager, and the more times I click on the desktop icon, the more times it piles up in Task Manager. I've attached the "Checkresults" log with this. MB-Clean didn't really produce much results either. Thanks. CheckResults.txt
  9. everything's all set now. Thank you. ^^. I have removed Combofix as well as OTL as instructed. What is Spyware Blaster? I have both MBAM (paid version) and SuperANTISPYWARE (regular) installed on my computer. My windows is definitely up-to-date. Thanks a lot again!!! ^^ I appreciate all your help!!!
  10. Yes, I do believe my computer has been cleaned out. I don't have a firewall yet, but will get one soon. And I have both a paid version of MBAM and a regular version of SuperANTISPYWARE installed on my computer. What does Spyware Blaster do? My Windows is definitely up-to-date and stuff.
